Amazing food made with love!\n\nIt has been awesome finding someone who knows traditional flavors and didn\'t water stuff down... for \"tourists.\" They have the most authentic flavors in the area and best of all they deliver too. I honestly drove 30 minutesto eat here even though I have two taco spots near my house!! I have to say my favorite are the tacos- steak or al pastor. Theburritos are extremely filling, no need to worry about them skimping on stuffing it full here! You honestly won\'t bedisappointed in whatever meat or item you choose. I haven\'t tried anything I didn\'t like.\n\nI hope this local business growsthis coming year. These two deserve it! Best wishes. Read more

If your looking for an authentic, local business for Hispanic Food, this is it! Can you say #1 \"Taco trailer\"? Gretchen and... Eddy took amazing care of me making sure exactly what I wanted, I had. Service was amazing and super fast and friendly. Gretcheneven walks the food out after your order is ready so your not waiting out in this 15 degree weather. Food is on point withflavor, all the way down to the tortillas. The cleanliness shows from the white walls to the white countertops which most peoplewould steer away from while in the restaurant industry to try to hide dirt and messes. They clean the counters between everycustomer and take pride in making sure you have everything with your meal that you would need such as utensils, salsas, limes, and even a caramel candy for \"desert\". This place is brand new and hasn\'t been much longer than a month. They are definitelyan up and coming taco truck with the sky as the limit. They also deliver, can provide catering or even set up for specificevents! Definitely take an afternoon to stop by and experience \"a little taste of Mexico\" you wont very disappointed! Theyopened this Taco truck for their son, Eddy \"Alexander\" to make sure that he would have the life he deserves. Eddy said thathis business partner Luis Rodriguez had passed away 6 months before opening, while he was in Mexico visiting family due toleukemia. So this trailer is also in memory of him. This whole business stands for something much deeper than just food, butalso family and its wonderful to see this. Read more
