Ever since old owner retired n someone else took over the food has not been good and servers that had been there for ages just... up and left and I imagine it has something to do with new management. Complete new crew within the past month or 2 and some ofthose girls had been there for years?..dont get me started on the quality of food..Shame the new crew just does not care. In all the years of eating there this was the worst meal. The staff does not care . There chicken Parmesan was so dry it was... like eating a ball of hay the lasagna was about half what I ordered. Worst service ever. Don?t take your kids here. They will get bored waiting so long to eat. We waited over an hour for a simple... plate of spaghetti and a simple sandwich. No napkins, no fountain drinks. Tables sitting dirty for 30 minutes. Staff playingand joking instead of working. Cannot believe this place is still in business. We like the food at Bocelli?s even though we know they are slow as Christmas. I made a take out order. The on line menu had... chicken salad salad for $8. When I was asked to pay they told me they were $9.25. I said that the on line menu posted them for$8. I was told that the menu had changed. I told the young lady that they need to update the website. She told me that was outof her hands. There was no offer to pay the advertised price. She just told me that there was new management. I was disappointedin that treatment, but I payed the higher price. Then when I got home with the salads they were smaller than I remember. Ranchis still awesome though. Read more
Good food with very reasonable prices! Plenty of pasta choices as well as appetizers and pizza. No gluten-free pasta but they... do have gluten-free pizza crust. Read more
Awesome local place for Italian food. Buffalo pizza was outstanding, but beware it does have some kick! The garlic bread with... cheese was an excellent starter as well. Wish they had fountain drinks, but the food makes up for it! Read more
Food is good but the service is horrible. Went twice in the matter of about a month. Both times it took more than an hour to get... our food. Instead of apologizing, just got excuses that it's normally like this on Fridays. Read more
