This is the last time we will order from Papa John's. Asked for extra sauce and it looked like it was spread less than paper... thin! The box says crust pillowy soft, what a joke! It was very thin and nothing like it used to be. Even the taste of the crusthas changed. Price and timing is the only treason for two stars. So sad things have to change! Read more
I usually never have a problem with Papa John's Pizza but after eating the one I ordered today it just didn't have that... signature Papa John's taste. Order placed at 1110 am. Tracker app said it delivered at 1142 am. It is now 1221 and food is still not here, I called the store... twice and they said driver should've already been here. Pretty sure my food will be cold! I order from here all the time, noproblems. I prefer to order from here. This is ridiculous though! Read more
Called and ordered a pizza for delivery. The person on the phone said it would be a maximum of 30 minutes. We were broke down... and were waiting on a mechanic to come fix our truck, and that information was given to the gentleman taking our order. Given,we were at a vet clinic so it wasn?t like we was the side of the road, but we were still sitting under a tree in the shadebecause the business was closed. 15 minutes later, a women calls and tells me they will not be able to deliver. We were only 8miles away, she informed me it was too far and I would need to come pick it up. I gave the address when I placed my order and noone said anything about not being able to deliver. Reminding her we had no form of transportation she informed me that I wouldneed to try a papa Johns that was over 15 miles away. I hope your employees enjoyed that pizza, because the 4 year old that waswith us was really looking forward to it considering we had been stranded for about 5 hours at that time. Read more
We've been ordering there for quite some time now but recently over the last few months, it is just not worth it anymore. They... forget all of our side items, our pizza taste like burnt cardboard and to top it all off, there is GREASE and GARLIC OILEVERYWHERE! We ordered the garlic knots and it literally looked as if someone just POURED the bottle into the whole box. Itsoaked and leaked through the box and was leaking onto other boxes! That's how much there was. It is just not worth the moneyanymore so we went a switched to Domino's. Absolutely amazing service and food! We suggest you do the same. Read more
