The Woman on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She put me on hold for like 20 minutes. I placed my online order... at 3pm. It said it wouldn?t arrive till 4 PM. Then I got a notification, while being on the phone. Saying that my order was onits way. Trying to get through I hung up and called again several times. Trying to explain if they can just make the Buffalowings hotter, then just mild. The Woman on the phone didn?t even let me talk, she would immediately put me on hold again. Shedidn?t even let me explain why I was calling. She was VERY RUDE. & stated to ?Stop calling!!?. I was so Overwhelm that I didn?twant the pizza at this point but I couldn?t even cancel the order over the phone. It?s not the first time this incident hashappened at Pizza Hut. In my honest opinion I think it has to do with my area code since it?s not from Tennessee. I LOVE thepizza from Pizza Hut. It?s So Awesome especially the stuffed crust pizza. I placed my order on 11/12/22. The awesome driver thattook back the pizza was Hispanic he said that the women over the phone was named Linda. Shame on you Linda. Kindness is free. Read more
Our food was supposed to be delivered at 1:20pm, and ended up arriving at 1:55pm. It seems that our food was sitting in a car... for a while, since it arrived cold. Also, the cheese on the pizza was stiff, and the breadsticks were an absolute grease fest.Really has gone downhill since the move to Main St. Read more
The pizza hut located here in Shelbyville TN. (1020 N Main St Ste J) customer service is horrible. I arrived at this location at... 9:59 pm to pick up my pizza and wings that I paid for online, and was told by one of the employees that they were closed. Theemployee went on to tell me that I was late. The order was placed at 9:30, which made the completion time between 9:40ish to9:50 pm. Needless to say, I am not happy! Read more
Ordered a Chicago Deep Dish and it was not good. So I called and they offered to replace it with an original stuffed crust. Even... price swap. They completely understood and were very professional. They were also incredibly busy with the screen full of ordersbut everyone seemed to be getting their orders in a timely manner. The stuffed crust pizza was great, as always! Got a pizza for my coworkers and I and this is how it looked when I opened the box. The cheese is not melted and it looks thrown... together. We paid for a delicious pizza and this looks disgusting.. I would like to get a refund or another pizza made. Read more
Horrible food. The pictures are breadsticks that tasted like week old bread. Pizza was stuffed crust but they forgot the actual... pizza just stuffed crust. Pasta was okay but a lot of crunchy noodles. Cinnabons only good thing about entire order. First timetrying from new location and will be the last. Spent over 30.00. Read more
Although they moved their location, the downsized spot is nice. The issues I currently am now experiencing with this particular... Pizza Hut is that the pizza is undercooked, lack the consistency of heat to ready time ratio (especially if ordering in person).Also, the wait time is higher than usual. They could still have hope. Called on our lunch break and the lady gave me a price and all go to pick up said couldn?t find the order because I hung up when... you tell someone the price and say 30 min to pick up maybe if you was more worried about your job instead of sitting on thephone you could get you job done this place has went down.
