GET RID OF THE AUTOMATED SERVICE!!!! I'm sure it's a hassle for the employees since it can't get the order straight. The poor... girl at the first window (who was amazing and helpful) had to fix our order. Then take the "Rate us HIGHLY SATISFIED and get aBUY ONE GET ONE FREE" off your receipt. You are forcing people to give you a good rating???? And to the kid who delivered ourfood, you were pretty cool, Your employees are the ones who got the three stars and saved you from a one star review. Read more
Most discusting place I?ve been to. All the tables where dirty there was hasbrowns on the floor from the morning there was fries... on the ground and I think even mold. Keep in mind we went at 1:00pm which means they didn?t clean since the morning. I waswaiting for thirty minutes for my food and nothing so I ended getting a refund and the lady messed up and didn?t want to refundme all my money the Kitchen was DISCUSTING lady with the green shirt and silver hair went to the corner touched a Sandwitch withher bare hands. Came through for 3 meals, 2 dr peppers, and a coke no ice. They rang up 2 cokes no ice on the order and the 14 year old at the... window couldn't figure out how to fix it and just give me 2 dr peppers and 1 coke no ice They hand me 2 of my orders and saythat's my food. I ask about 3rd order. They think they handed me food for next car. Not so. 2 of my meals are in the bag. Theyfinally figure it out and give us our 3rd meal. We left without our dr pepper because they didn't seem to have enough braincells between them to figure out what else we needed. 4 years ago i gave this place a 4 star review. Not anymore. Absolutely the worst service ever!! Couldn't get anyone's attention so we ended up order for ourselves.It took at least half... hour !!! Then when we got our food the French fry containers were half full!!! Our vanilla shake was all melted !! "MILK "SHAKE!!! TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Read more
Well once again we went through the drive thru and they forgot half of our order, went back and low and bend it was made wrong,... third time thru we sat at the window and checked each item which annoyed the lady she asked us to pull forward my reply was ifyou would get it right the first time I wouldn't have to hold up your line. Drive thru automated service keep trying to quadruple my order. Finally went inside to order. No one cared if I was there.... Actually seemed annoyed. Told them the drive thru isn't working well. Told me I'm the problem. Only 2 other people there. Took15 mins to get my food and they got the order wrong. Read more
Stopped in at 2pm. Just wanted Cokes and to sit down for a break. Used the kiosk to order. No one brings us our cups. Finally... get someone's attention. Ice machine isn't working (which they knew) so we had to go back to the counter to ask for ice from thekitchen. Could hear 2 gals yelling from the kitchen at other staff. One appeared to be the manager (or shift manager). Happeneda couple of times. 2 gals came in with toddlers. Assume one of the mom was an employee, but not on the clock. She went into thekitchen and helped herself to ice. Her kid drops a chicken nugget on the floor. She picks it up and puts in back on the tablefor the kid to eat. At this point I'm wondering what goes on in the kitchen with their food. The place has all hard surfaces sothe dining area is super noisy with very few customers there. Won't ever go back. Read more
