9:30 am on Friday after Thanksgiving. No one at the hot food counter but they were in the back kitchen on and off when they... weren't hanging out at the counter. We ordered two breakfast sandwich combos and the lady behind the counter stared at us for15 minutes waiting for our food, even when the kitchen staff visited her on and off (while not cooking). We thought for suresomeone must be cooking. We finally asked someone in the back kitchen if they were making the sandwiches, and she said shedidn't even know she had an order. Where can I start? first off the one lady working in there is completely rude been here several times. The first time she was on... her phone cashing us out while having a complete conversation with someone on the other end. Second time I stopped she was justplain out nasty. This last time she seen us pull in she huffed an puffed because there were customers. We went in to get what weneeded and ended up leaving after seeing how she treated the other customers. Well my husband ordered a steak hoagie, they ran out of steak did he want a Buffalo chicken hoagie? Ok, Fine. They were also out... of thighs, umm ok, it would be 8 mins, is that ok? Yeah. So 35 mins later we left with 1 thigh, he order 2, Jojos (fries) thatwere old and inedible, a Buffalo chicken hoagie and my food which is now 30 mins old, cold, and digesting. This place is extremely slow when it comes to food. If you want food prepare to wait at least 20 minutes and most of the food is... right in front of you. If you buy a scratch off ticket and it more then 100 you might as well take your ticket to Sheetz to cashit because they told me then never have more then 100 in the register. Put in a order for a meatball sub and 2 thighs. Waited 20 minutes watching the lady go back and forth from the microwave. I know... it?s gas station food and I?m not expecting anything fantastic but after 20 minutes I had to walk out without any food.
