Excellent bagels! Closest Bagels I have found in CT to New York Bagels! Love how you buy a dozen. Get one free! And they also... have a deal where if you buy a dozen you can get two tubs of cream cheese. They have all kinds from plain, a low fat plain,flavored ones like strawberry, jalapeno, honey walnut, the list goes on and on. I will definitely be back there the next time Iam in the Shelton area! They microwave the egg sandwiches and use pre made egg. Chewy bagel in a bad way. The quality is not good for the price. Staff... was friendly but definitely not worth another trip. Read more
I remember their bagels being much better in the past. The one I bought to eat the next day wasn't great and the onion bagel my... egg sandwich on was just okay. I think I was mainly disappointed at this visit because I expected to get fresh eggs, but theyare just precooked eggs that are heated like at Dunkin'. I could have sworn that in the past, they made their eggs fresh becauseI actually had to wait a few minutes for the sandwich instead of watching the cashier assemble it and put it into the oven.Maybe they used to do that, but don't anymore. It did taste fine, but I would rather go somewhere where you can get freshlycooked eggs and there are plenty of places in the area where you can get better egg sandwiches that are less expensive.
