customer for 40 years from boston ave to here 30 years ago. had delivery sunday pizza was almost raw. called them 10 minutes... after i got it at 830 pm, took 80 minutes to get, told them i tryed to crisp it in overn but didnt work, manager said she wouldsend replacement if we didnt touch 1st order! I asked how can you do that in under 30 minutes when 1st took 80? she didnt care,basicly said too bad! lost a customer of 40 years! Read more
Buffalo wings did not taste like Buffalo or anything spicy looks like oily sauce too me. Look at the size and shape very odd

Great pizza, friendly staff and they even had garlic...Great for an inexpensive lunch and great taste.

Excellent Food been going to Captains for years at some of their various locations throughout Fairfield county. Stopped at this... location last night and was not let down. The food was great. their Greek Gyros ???? are some of the best I?ve ever had and I?vebeen to a lot Greek festivals and diners and none compare nice long thick shards of lamb pita ???? very packed and filling . Thesteak fries were right on the money???? .Restaurant has great atmosphere as well would suggest anyone looking for Greek foodwhen in the area to stop here. Their pizza ???? is really good too ???? Sadly was disappointed. Girl answered the phone with hello instead of politly saying Captains Pizza. Last week pizza was burnt... with a green pepper on it, my husband was told that's how they can tell the pizza apart. Watch out people with a pepper allergy.This week the calamari was burnt. Husband called asked to speak to the owner or a manager again the same unprofessional girlsaid who is this. I want to support local businesses, but hire professional people to work and cook for you. Have been a customer for 16 years I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! I had a few problems the last couple of times. This Sat took the... cake. Ordered at 5:15. Girl said 25 mins... you knew that was a lie. Had to pick it up because after 16 years they no longerdeliver to me. We got there at 5:45. Did not leave until 6:20. Got all the way home. EVERY pizza was burnt. Pasta dish wrong thelarge salad was a small with no cheese that we paid extra for. I called and spoke to the manager who basically was rude and saidhe didn't care. Told me to place the food on my porch and they would send new food back once they see it.... WHAT???? So Ishould wait another 2 hours??? We ate the burnt pizzas and I told him he could pick up the pasta and salad. He did at 9:00PM....So glad we weren't waiting for that!!!! This is the WORST customer service ever. I told him doesn't he care about the customersthat have been loyal to him through Covid and everything and he said I have plenty. Who cares about you. Really nice.... Read more
