Chipotle of Shelton is the better location in the surrounding area. Their staff are always caring while taking and making your... order. They include two vegan options, using fajita veggies or seasoned Sofritas, their plant based meat. The store is alwaysclean and the line always moves fast. They have plenty of parking as well. Honestly not a fan of this spot. We love Chipotle but this spot always messes up your order some how. One time their salsa was... so incredibly spicy we could not eat our food at all. They do a bad job with making sure ingredients don't mix. For example, ifyou have a dairy allergy, be careful because your entree might just have cheese mixed into it. They will skimp out on the fooda lot of the times which I don't particularly appreciate. Especially as the prices of Chipotle has gone up so much. Read more
Horrible , bad quality, can cause serious health issues. I use to love Chipotle but after I have gone to one in Shelton few... times I have decided not to go to that location anymore. 1st time I went rice were over salty, second time there were no veges(bell pepper and onions) and sour cream. Third time I went there were no veges, undercookdd beans, stale lettuce, no ice, nodrinks. I gave them 3 tries and they failed miserably to provide quality food. I think corporate should seriously look into thismatter. I would have given them 0 stars if it was possible. Read more
They all greeted me with a smile. The establishment is very clean and smells so delicious when you walk in. The seating was... perfect with a view of busybodies coming and going across the lot. The enormous burrito was very delicious and it hit the spotfor my lunch time appetite. Read more
Chipotle in Shelton poor experience three times in a row. Always out of toppings. Why put them on the menu if you don't have... them. Example: onions and peppers each time. Often it's chicken. Okay! I never write reviews so for me to coke on here and speak my mind should tell you something. I do not like this specific... Chipotle! The customer service is absolutely the worst. I had to order my food twice tonight! Both times were terrible. Thefirst time I ordered from Uber my entire order was wrong. I ordered it again hoping the order would be right this time. Ireceived it and the order was correct this time, except I don?t remember ordering flies in my burrito. I?m so annoyed with thisbusiness. Do better people! Read more
Arrived for a quick dinner around 7:50 pm with my boyfriend and not only was the customer service terrible but we did not... receive any of the food we wanted. Over 5 different ingredients we wanted were empty bins and we were told there is no more,mean while we could clearly see the filled bins on the prep table behind the counter. $25 later for a bowl with rice (brown-which I hate) and corn. As I am a restaurant owner for over the last 34 years now I know first hand this line of business..needless to say we will not be returning especially with the three new quick restaurants directly across the street that haveamazing food and pleasant customer service.
