We come here often. We always love this place and duchess in general. But we drive out if town for this because they are always... good. But today . Ehhhh maybe it was too busy. Got home and realized the long dog wasn't a long dog. Just a reg size the frieswere burnt and hard. We had 3 combos. 3 fries.. all dark and hard. We ate none of them. Read more

Slow to get order. Food just okay. Update: food was good this time. Great customer service! They make everything the way you... want it. Just went on 2-17-22 Everything was perfect. Great hot dog deal going on right now! Their breakfast platters arewonderful. Just like the dinner but drive thru accessible. They make everything to order so expect to wait a few minutes butnothing to long and still faster than going into a restaurant. Be patient it's worth it. Great cheese omelet! Good and friendlycustomer service. Update 8-27-22: still super friendly and helpful staff. Everything is fresh made to order and your way. Itmight take a bit longer to get your order but that's because it's fresh made. Great onion rings, smoothies, and huge freshsalads!! Choose Wendy's or McDonald's! This is a a hot dog and fries right out of the bag. I think they would have thrown it through the... take out window if my hand wasn't out reached. This isn't edible, and I don't think Duchess has the management chops of themain brands to maintain quality. Read more
I really do like Dutchess, though it is limited to Ct. Good fresh burgers and other truly great food items ????. If you are... near one it is worth a trip. Oh and in the picture another one of my favs is the Freestyle Coke machine where you can selectdozens of different soda flavors ????. I have not seen many of these super machines around, but if I do find one I will try theplace out just because of that. Read more
