It's been a while since I've been to this location. It used to be the best one in the area- now I ordered two coffees and they... gave me one. Not only that they had two chances to make that ONE coffee correctly to either, and they couldn't even handle that.Man in the window was incredibly rude to me when I asked him about the second coffee. A terrible location. Was there today, and waited about 7 minutes to be even waited on. The staff were all on their phones and... not even concerned about the customer. This isn't the first time this has happened here, more of the norm rather than theexception. Not to mention the four language they use. The f word is used in every other sentence.
