The manager and owner have a policy of NOT giving out FREE tap water when you order a meal. I have never been denied free tap... water from any restaurant after ordering food to dine in. The manager was rude when trying to "explain" this policy. If theytruly stand behind this belief, they should post a sign by the register that they do not serve tap water. Smart customer servicetrends would suggest that they could even put a date on the sign that mentions when the "No Free Tap Water" rule went intoeffect so that it lowers the expectation of returning customers. This way when a customer does ask for water, they can justreference the sign and the written rule. This is a better practice than enforcing a rule that breaks the standard cordialprotocol at most restaurants. Shelton's taxes pay for that water, so I feel denying the people their water when they order fromyour restaurant is rude. I WAS a long term client, who has enjoyed free tap water with meals in this restaurant over the past 8years. With poor customer service and arbitrary rule changes I will be eating across the street at Chipotle. Read more

As a Shelton resident my whole life I've slowly watched the decline and lack of good service and hospitality in this restaurant.... They refused to give me a cup for water and insisted they don't have any even though their cups are right in front at checkout. Absolutely disrespectful cashier girl. They instead tried to force me to buy an overpriced Dasani bottle water, which is theworst quality of bottled water. As if I want to pay even more for what over the years has turned into the cheapest quantity formost overpriced food in the fast mexi market. Read more

I ordered two burritos and one burrito bowl this weekend . I have been coming to Pancheros for years now. I was not happy at all... with my order. The steak was disgusting not cooked right . The topping such as lettuce was so gross the person eating theburrito pulled lettuce out it was brown . I even payed extra for extra meat and there was not way extra meat on any of theorders. This place is THE BEST. This burrito is like 2 pounds, I need 2 hands to eat it, the wrap was pressed before my eyes, the... toppings are plentiful, the carnitas is delicious, they evenly distributed the insides so I get everything in every bite, theyput a number on the wrapper so we know who's is who's....
