Terrible service. Came into this Starbucks the Saturday after thanksgiving so I expected it to be busy and they were. However,... it took over 30mins for me to receive my drink (not exaggerating). I?m a loyal Starbucks customer and have never waited morethan 10-15 mins for an order. The store was full of disgruntled customers due to the long wait times. I asked one of thebaristas when I could expect my order and she brushed me off and told me that they?re 35mins behind. I asked to speak to themanager and she was really nice and understanding. However, I think there may be some mismanagement going on. I?ve never heardof waiting 30+mins at a Starbucks. To my knowledge, Starbucks is fast casual, strong emphasis on fast, and prides themselves ontheir customer?s experience. Very disappointed. Won?t be back. Read more
Terrible service and very dirty. I ordered a sugar cookie frap and they gave me the wrong thing? ok no big deal, i tell them,... and they remake it. Took atleast 10min for them to remake it? the girls are in back the back laughing and playing with my remadedrink (fooling around) as im waiting in a rush! Place is also very unclean and unorganized. I went through the drive-thru today 11/3/22.. Abby took my order and she was just the sweetest.. she literally made my day, such... a great experience, and my drink was great! The line was very fast and my drink was made just right! would return again! Read more
Love that they upgraded with their move to include a drive thru but almost witnessed an accident because they do not have a... separate drive thru line from thru traffic to the medical building and someone was backing out. Read more

As much as I love this place, you can't say you're open until 8pm, but then switch to drive-thru only after 7pm and be going at... a rate of 1 car every 5 minutes with over 20 cars in line. I mobile ordered over 40 minutes ago and I haven't even made it tothe speaker yet. I can see my drink sitting on the counter. Your app also shouldn't show in-store as an option when it's after7pm, otherwise I never would have ordered. Read more
I visit this Starbucks when in town for business from NYC. They really need to review how they operate the barista bar. Mobile... orders vs orders that come in via the store as well as with the drive trhrough. You have to wait up to 20 minutes plus duringpeak rush hours 8am - 9 am for your drink. They may need additional staff. Or they need to revise how they manage theiroperations. Stores in NYC are twice as busy and you dont wait 20+ minutes for your beverage to be prepared. Today was twentyminutes for a simple ice coffee, black. Let's see what happens next week. Other than that the store is nice and clean and thestaff is friendly. Read more
Everytime I have gotten a chai tea latte here it taste like water. When I got it iced it looked like they didn't even add the... tea. I also got a beyond breakfast sandwich and the bag was covered in cheese, it was a mess. Read more
