I tried to give Taco Co. a chance but they didn?t even want my business. On Tuesday August 2nd 2022 at 8:56 my girlfriend called... to ask what time does their kitchen close at. The girl on the phone proceeds to answer and states the kitchen closes at 9:30,keep in mind online it states their kitchen closes at 10 pm. My girlfriend says ?okay we?ll be there shortly?. We arrived at9:08-9:10 to sit ourselves at the bar, we sat there for 6-8 minutes while the bartenders and waitress just looked at us. Finallywe were greeted by a RUDE woman. She proceeds to tell us the kitchen is closed but the bar is open for drinks. We already knewwhat we were going to order since we knew their kitchen was closing shortly. After we tell her we called and the woman on thephone stated their kitchen closed at 9:30, she proceeds to say ?Well if you want to hurry up and order you can put food in? thenwalk away. Keep in mind we already knew what we wanted to order. I don?t think I ever got up that fast out of my seat andwalked out. As we?re walking out approximately 9:17-9:20 we overhear another waitress tell a party of 5 or 6 ?Their kitchen isclosing shortly so if the want to put in food?. First and last time here! The First time food was good, nothing extraordinary; The guacamole comes cold, a green mass with little flavor. Second time:... Thursday July 28, around 4:30 pm: the bartender is the only waitress taking care of all customers a busy bar with a few tableswaiting for their orders to be taken. Kitchen staff staring out into the dining room for there are no orders coming in. Driving through and looking for a quick bite to eat light, Turned into an experience to remember???????????? I did not expect ;... A great dish and atmosphere to enjoy a beer or drink ????Like sangria or wine. Service was great ???? Our bartender Daren was everything you would want from a person in the food service industry!! I go to a LOT of different places... and rate and critique everything quietly until I post here!! Zero complaints!! He made us so feel welcomed! He was very friendlyand sociable, accommodating, and even checked back on us several times (very rare these days)! Taco Tuesday specials weredecently priced. Food was good! The service, atmosphere, food quality, price, and flavor is what I'm rating every where I go!!This place hit them all with stars!! The Chipotle Portobello (Vegan) Taco and the Baja Taco were delicious! I didn?t get a picture of the portobello because I... couldn?t wait to eat it. If you love a good spice then the vegan taco is for you! Even if you?re not vegan. The Baja had reallytender Cod and lots of flavor. The Margarita was way to sweet for me however so I asked for another one without triple sec. andextra muddled Jalapeños because I love my spices. I am SO surprised at how this business does not care about it's customers. After hearing for over a year that we should support... our local restaurants! We absolutely love yourChicken and waffle tacos. So much so that, last night we ordered take out, 4 chicken and waffle tacos, 2 of the steak, and afew other items. I am not sure that I have ever been more disappointed with a take out meal, specifically, the chicken andwaffle tacos. I opened up the container to take the tacos out and they literally fell apart in my hands. What I ended up withwas a pile of mush! (See the photos below) I would think that you would have figured out, by now, a way to package your foodso that people can enjoy them at home. If I had felt like driving all the way back, I would have shown you. I can tell youhonestly, from the great service I receive in your restaurant, I expected more!
