Ordered a cake, like I have many times before, to be completely plain frosted so I can decorate it myself for my kid?s... birthdays. This time was to be completely flat green frosting. No other decorations or writing at all. The photo is what Ireceived. The employee called the manager and said I can take the mistake (at full price mind you) or come back the next day topickup the correct cake (which leaves me no time to decorate the cake myself). I order the cakes the night before so I have timeto decorate them. Basically zero care or willingness to make it right. All my son wanted for his 9th birthday was a baseballfield cake and now I?m scrambling to fix their mistake in a rush. Thanks for ruining the birthday. You?ve lost a long timecustomer. Read more
Nice frozen ice cream cake. I like the fact that the icecream here isn't over the top sweet as most ice cream shops here have.

It was a hot summer day, my mom and I just started driving back from a long hike. When we drove right past the ice cream shop.... Let me tell you, I've had some good cones, but the ice cream shop has to be some of the most delicious homemade ice cream I'vehad here in Connecticut. I got a classic vanilla ice cream cone, and it was just pure bliss. Love this place, if anyone likesice cream, I highly reccomend giving this place a try. You will not be disappointed! Read more

The place is very clean inside and out. In addition to the many flavors of ice cream they have available, they also stock a... freezer in the ordering area with a variety of frozen treats. My wife loves it. I give credit to the young people working behindthe counter. Their poor wrists and arms must really hurt them at the end of their shifts after scooping out your favoriteflavors from those frozen buckets for hours. I also appreciate their no contact pay and delivery system. There's a good sizeseating area outside for when the weather is warmer. I definitely recommend this place, not only for the kids, but for adults aswell? Read more
Disgusting prices. Charged $3 for a side of gummy bears (because they refused to put it on a cone covered in sprinkles). When I... went back to ask why it was so much, the lady said there?s an extra charge for a hard scoop, a cone, and $3 for a side of gummyof bears then blamed CT raising their minimum wage. You can literally get a bag of gummy bears for a $1 anywhere. The ice creamtotaled nearly $10 for ice cream. Save your time, travel the extra 15 mins and go Rich?s Read more
I took my grand kids there for a treat, the youth behind the counter seem as if they don't want to be there, very impersonal,... unfriendly, and ice cream there seem a bit pricey. Read more
