The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because I've had there coffee in the past and it is good coffee. The reason I'm doing a... review today is because I stopped by today around 330 and waited for almost 20 minutes and ended up leaving angry and with nocoffee. There were three girls working in the store and only one was working with customer. One of them looked like a Manger andthe other I'm assuming is the girl who was supposed to be working my window. First 5-10 minutes was waiting behind another car(probably because the girl was ignoring her too) and the rest was me waiting to be helped and not being acknowledged in theslightest. No one said hi, no one told me it'd be a minute because they had something going on. I'd understand if they said hiand let me know it'd be a minute even if it was just for clean up,but I wasn't even given that curtiosy. I work customer serviceand if I treated customers that way I'd be fired that day. At minimum she needs to be taught how to properly treat customers orshe shouldn't be working a customer service job. Last two times I've gone here, the drinks have been bad. I thought it might've just been new employees, so I waited a few months... to try again. Today, I got a still-frozen banana bread and my coffee was made with spoiled milk. And I have to wait for an "areamanager" to get a refund. Read more
My wife loves their drinks, and we frequent this coffee stand fairly often. The drinks are made well consistently, the staff is... friendly and clean, and they work efficiently. The prices are ridiculous though, otherwise I would rate 5 stars. The pricesalmost make me want to rate this a 3 star review, but I honestly enjoy all other aspects of this business enough to stay steadyat 4 stars. Please lower prices a little bit though, it is kinda ridiculous to have to pay over $8 for a 32oz coffee. Read more
It was late and I decided to get a apple cider. I left it alone for about 45 minutes after getting it, so I thought it?d be okay... to drink since it might have cooled down. No. I took a drink and it was scorching hot. My whole mouth is burned, tongue and topof my mouth. I've only been here once, passing through on a road trip. The 16oz mocha with whip cream was super smooth and tasty!
Used to be great about a year ago. They?re 20oz coffee?s now average at $7.50, and the new baristas aren?t very kind. They also... won?t just sell you a water anymore or warm water in a cup for tea without charging $3.85 (they said they have to ring it up asa drink) Read more
Love this place! The drinks always taste better at Bigfoot Javas. The baristas are the sweetest and always helpful too!
