Made an order through the drive thru, read the order on the screen, the lady read it back to us when we paid, then all of the... sudden when we get the food, it's absolutely not what we ordered, and they then proceeded to argue with us about it until themanager finally came to resolve it. Usually I am not looking for super great customer service at any fast food place, but went to McDonald's and ordered 1... cheeseburger at 8:30 pm'ish. I was the 3rd car in the 2 lane drive thru and they were so slow that by the time I was at the 2ndwindow to get my cheeseburger, there was a line of cars behind me. There were at least 4 young girls I saw working.....well 1or 2 of them were working, the others were just "hanging" out, getting paid to do nothing. I was not in a hurry so it is whatit is, but they need a better night manager, that crew needs to get it together. Read more
With 2 little boys who are 6 and almost 8 we find ourselves going through this drive thru quite a bit. While it can sometimes... have a line it generally moves pretty fast, and out of all of the McDonald?s we?ve visited over the years this one very rarelyhas any missing items from our order (something that happens a lot at other ones). Not very happy lately with ths mcdonald we go here once a month with our kids to get food and usually its 3 to 4 happy meals a... big make bundle and a meal or of we don't get a bindle we get 4 combo meals.
