Did curbside pick-up in the past week. Excellent service both times. They put it right on the front seat of my truck for me... and off I went. I tried the new pizza melt on the second trip. Decent quality, but crust is very crunchy and tore up the roofof my mouth. Probably wouldn't get that again. But everything is fresh and hot at this location. First time was great, order delivered quick and correct. Tonight was second time, complete fail. Took an hour to get to my... doorstep, somehow came by DoorDash instead, they forgot my 2l of Pepsi. No big deal call the store, nope, call center in themid-west said they'd transfer me to the local store, nobody answers, on hold for 5 or more mins, tried three times, same result.I want some money back please. Not starting out great... No specials online, so I called in to ask - surely they have opening day specials, right? After... waiting on hold for a couple of minutes someone answered and then just put the phone down. After a couple of minutes of saying"Hello? Are you there?" and hearing various employees talk I was put back on hold without a word. After about 5 more minutes onhold I gave up. So sad. I was really excited to have a pizza hut close to me but don't think I will be ordering from them. I'llkeep giving my money to Dominoes and Westside pizza, I don't like their pizza as much but at least they pick up the phone. Read more
