sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and other cars order got taken before mine when i was there first. i understand mistakes... but then i went up to the window and said maybe the inner line speaker wasnt working and got told that the lady taking orders inthat line ?is choosing to ignore me?. was there again one night and got there at 11:50 which i understand is late but i didntget my food till 12:05 and before i even got my food there was 4 employees outside smoking. the drink was only filled 3/4 of theway too. do better!! Sitting in the drive-thru, only car, told to hold on, another car goes through the other lane makes order pulls ahead, then... another one? I say, ?hey, I?m getting skipped? and some mcbiscuit snaps back ?your not getting skipped I?m helping othercustomers?, I reply, ?exactly, skipping me?. At first, it was letting her know then it was letting her know it wasn?t right. Iget it that your scraping the bottom of the barrel for help, but good grief. Got the orders for 4 people right and it was super quick. Strawberry shake wasn't available but they let us know right away and... gave us replacement options. Burgers were warm and the fries were crispy. Read more
Please be kind to those in the fast food industry. I wish I had taken a picture of my cheese burgers I had ordered, but I had to... change my review after my recent experience there. My cheese burgers were so neatly wrapped and looked like they could have beenprofessionally photographed for an advertisment I literally didn't want to eat it because it looked so perfect. But, yeah.Anyways, they were also very friendly and courteous when bringing my food. The McDonald's employees don't get enough credit forwhat they do. Especially during this COVID crisis. Great work! The service has been drastically going down hill the last few months, not being able to take credit cards regularly, no... consistency on fries , not cooked enough, not seasoned. And just slapping meat on bun with no care if it is even only half onbun, and the bun itself being hard because they left it out to long uncovered. Also the drive thru is extremely slow and gettingwrong orders. Read more
My daughter wants to thank the employees who worked this evening. They got her hamburger wrong and she refuses to eat it if it... has anything else besides ketchup on it. The gentleman who answered was very polite over the phone. Alexis Bryan was veryunderstanding. They replaced the whole happy meal instead of just the hamburger. Toy and all.
