We enjoyed the drinks from the visit 3 weeks ago but the window was left open so you could see & hear the manager treating an... (obviously new) employee horribly over a minor issue over the drink. Went back that evening for another round & the again theiced coffee was warm with no flavor. Since then the employees have changed many times, probably from the way they're treated. Ithink I'll keep going to Red Oak or Omaha. Read more

Kind and considerate works. They even gave our three dogs a dog treat. They even talked to them but did not Pet the dogs.

Service is fast and friendly. That aside I do have some complaints: when I order from the breakfast menu, it is almost always... hard as a rock on the outside, not just crispy, but hard. Also, every time I order a "blender" I may as well just get an iceddrink because there are so many whole pieces of ice left. I really hope this is just working the kinks out of a new restaurant,and I will be returning, but with caution. Read more
