Had me waiting for over two hours at least 4 separate times. Unfortunately, it's the only big pizza place out this way. But when... i can avoid it, i do. Mom and Pop shops all day over Domino's. On top of all that, they tell you a hour and you call like alittle over an hour for them to say it's a two hour 3 hour wait. Like why wouldn't they call us and say that. Poor kids wherestarving smh. Would of gave 5 stars but considering we waited approx 1 hr & 45 min on our food I'm giving it a 3 based on when it did arrive... the food was fresh & hot considering and the gentlemen working was very apologetic when I did call and advised that they onlyhad one driver. The app upon ordering stated 37 minutes so maybe it should be adjusted so customers are more aware and can makeother arrangements. Read more
Domino's large New York style pizza is my favorite. I'm very disappointed , I paid 19.99 for a pie that costs $7.99 for those... who order and pay online. Sorry I like to order in person via cell. and I picked up the pizza. I've been a customer for a longtime. That's the thanks I get. Shame on you, price gouging! I will not pay $19.99 again. Read more
Worst domino's I ever order from BEFORE the pandemic I ord 3 x$5.999 after two hours waiting for my order to be delivered I... was Calling the store to see where the order was it was either busy or no one answered. Non-existent customer service. Neverdid the store call to apologize nor was the pizza delivered . Yet another time when I called to place an order ,when theyfinally answered the phone I seemed as if the store was holding a big party , people yelling music blaring slurred speech bywhoever answered they never gave me a name when I asked . I've ordered twice from this store, while only live about 10-13 minutes away my order still didn't show up for over an hour and... a half. It's ridiculous, don't do deliveries if you can't get the orders out when they are done cooking. You guys are a joke. Read more
I just moved back to the area and I have not eaten from here in years. I probably won't be for a very long time unless as a last... resort. Simply because my pizza was burnt. It's not like it was not noticeable because the top was black around the edges and ithad a burnt taste. I was starving and not driving back to town to complain.
