Excellent service! I want to highlight how above and beyond the staff went to accommodate our big group during a lunch rush. We... had ordered through the app and unfortunately they hadn’t received the orders. The manager, John, along with our server andother staff were so helpful. They brought us appetizers on the house while we waited and got our food out asap. The food wasreally good too. I got the lunch special soup and salad and I loved the tomato bisque. Night and day experience from the location in Willowbrook. Charles was our server and he has the BEST customer service I have... received in a very long time. Beer in only 1 size and came out flat and not filled all the way. No traditional wings, tried to charge non happy hour pricing... even though closed out before happy hour ended by 15 minutes. This place has become a joke, don’t waste your time or money. Read more

I tried BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse for the first time and it was good! My waiter was great and extremely attentive. Good... selection of beers, great place to watch some sports. All in all, a good place to get some good food. Read more

This place is awesome. We sat at the bar. Daniel, the bartender was so good at his job. We had great food and great service.... Rare these days. This is our new go to before we go to Sam's. Our appetizers came out really fast, but that was where the happy train ended..We waited for an hour and twenty minutes for one... pizza. It wasn't busy when we were seated but about 30 minutes later it was packed.
