We planned to have lunch at Mia's table 2 days ago. We walked in and the place was packed. We had never been there and did not... expect it to be a cafeteria style. It was cold inside, not many tables left. So, we left and walked to an adjacent Red Lobster,and boy, we were glad we did. It had been many many years since I had gone to Red Lobster. This location surpassed ourexpectations. They were 4 of us. The staff were helpful and polite. Our waiter were ever present, but not intrusive, patientand pleasant. The food was delicious. The Surf and Turf had a stake as good as many chain Stake Houses. Cooked at thetemperature you asked. The dishes came out at the right time, it seemed, not too quick, not too slow. We had the Endless Shrimp and it was delicious. Our server, Ashton, was attentive and great at anticipating our needs.... Cheesecake for dessert was wonderful but after all the Endless Shrimp we probably should've split one piece instead of eachgetting our own! Definitely a delightful experience. Read more
Service was appalling. Waiter spilled our drinks and it took 10min to get new ones (it was just ice tea). Place wasn't crowded... but our order took forever. I would have talked to Mgmt but the state of the store in general showed me that wouldn't havemattered. Will not waste my time/$ on this location again. Read more

Our waiter suggested ai try the mashed potatoes with Lobster sauce, said, "you will not be disappointed." Well I wasn't. It was... so delicious. Everything we ordered was delicious. We left full and happy. Read more
The past couple of times we have come it has not been the best experience. The service is slow and the food is over cooked. This... last time I got soup and it was insanely salty and unappetizing. We shared a feast meal and added on a crab cake. The crab cakewas disgusting. The lobster was rubbery and hard. The crab legs were decent but very wet inside and dripping large amounts ofwater everywhere. The big savior was the biscuits were still on point. Since the prices are pretty similar to other seafoodrestaurants I would suggest sticking with others for a better experience. Read more
We have dined at this location for well over 15 years and while there have been many changes in staff from management to servers... and in between, the quality of food product and service has always been excellent! Our server today, Heather D., was veryattentive without being intrusive and did a great job suggesting new menu items. If you are in the area, stop in, the lunchselection has never been better and we really enjoyed the langistino dip! Read more
I have been a long time customer of Red Lobster. Most times have been good experiences. I do have to say, this particular... location has always been a favorite. The service has always been great. Our server never let us run out of drinks and was on topof her service. The food was great. It was a great birthday dinner. I ordered the never ending shrimp. Every shrimp selectionwas so delicious, I ate so much. My wife had the fish n chips, omg it was so tasty. The biscuits were the best as usual. I can'tsay enough about the whole experience.
