First time to a Saltgrass and I was very impressed. We were waited on by the waitress, the manager, and I think another manager.... The waitress brought a manager over to help understand my wifes dietary restrictions and made sure she was taken care of. Therustic decor is very cozy. My wife and I usually will do seafood at Landrys but I wanted to try a steak from Saltgrass. My 8 ozsteak and shrimp was delicious. My wife had a 6 oz steak and while it was very good also it looked pretty small so she will getan 8 oz next time. I also got fried onions they were the best with ketchup! Read more
Everything at this restaurant was so delicious, which is why I had to give 5 stars. The brisket burger was very rich and... flavorful, and the loaded baked potato side tied everything together. As for the drinks, the strawberry lemonade was a fantasticmixture of tartness and sweet. Everything was priced reasonably, and our waiter was very attentive. Will come back soon to tryother dishes! I live in Canada and Saltgrass is definitely one of best place if you are looking for some taste of steak. The steak is so juicy... and tasty. Andres the server did a really good job on keeping the customer very welcome. Keep it up!!! Read more
We are visiting in Spring TX and decided on Saltgrass for dinner. My wife had the chicken fried steak, and said it was very... good. I had the 16 oz ribeye, and had to send it back as it was extra rare! But they got it right very quickly, and it wasdelicious. Server was excellent. Overall an enjoyable evening. Read more

Tonight we visited saltgrass for dinner, my girlfriend had pat's ribeye with green beans and salad, i had ribs with shrimp and... loaded sweet potato plus a salad, her green beans were lacking in flavor plus they were a bit tough and over cooked, the steakwas ok, just not very tasty. My ribs were over cooked and dry plus the loaded sweet potato was just a basic sweet potato with 1dab of butter, when i asked the waitress said that was there version of a loaded sweet potato, meaning you get 1 table spoon ofbutter, i was at least expecting marshmallows like you get at Texas Roadhouse, but i was sorely disappointed. I then asked if icould at least have more butter, so the waitress was kind enough to bring me one more dab of honey butter plus she gave me somebrown sugar which was nice of her. I took the photo of my plate with the sweet potato after i added the butter and brownsugar. The shrimp was also rather small but at least the shrimp is a little larger than Red Lobster shrimp, they match the sizeof Red Lobsters petite lobster which isn't saying much. Over all, the best part of the experience was how well the waitresstook care of us, we left her a really nice tip of $20 for her service. I can only give 3 stars for this experience tonightbecause of the food quality. Read more
Disappointing service. Our food came out late and was cold. When we told our server (when he finally came back to our table), he... did ask about replacing, but when we said we didn’t have more time to wait, he just apologized and went off to another table. No manager ever came by. Read more
Our server Lisa was very pleasant. The food was great, the wait was time was a little longer than I have usually experienced... but the game was on so it didn't seem to bad. Urban Cowboy 12oz with Asparagus and the Steak and Shrimp with brussel sprouts. Read more
