The drive-thru here is a strange layout. However, it is usually fast and efficient. I have had both good and not so good... experiences with the Frappuccinos here. A couple of them were horrible. Although Starbucks will remake any drink for you thatpolicy doesn't work well in a drive-thru. If you don't notice the mistake until after you drive off they can't correct it. This location is my neighborhood go to for coffee but it's always hit or miss with efficiency, and drink quality which is why... I'm not giving 5 stars. I used the drive through 3 times in one week, ordered the same drink all three times and got somethingdifferent each time. Make sure you ask for sugar free, even if you say that be sure to check the drink before you leaveotherwise you might be stuck with a $6 drink that you can't drink because they put sweetener in it even if you asked for nothingbut cream. I've been to Starbucks all over the country and this location by far had the best customer service ever. They took their time,... were polite, repeated back what they heard, didn't mess up my order, and overall seemed genuinely kind. I drive past severalother locations every morning just to go to this one. Read more
