I did not know that the brown bag special had come back. I'm not even sure that it ever left. All I know is that the attendant... that was working the drive-thru did an awesome job and me and my family quite a bit of a favor by saving me five bucks incharging me for a brown bag special when I did not even know that it was still active. Kudos to you Sonic for having a concernand well-trained drive-thru attendant who was attentive to the most important concern of any family man trying to eat out whichis his wallet. They're notoriously slow but they've never got my order wrong. They're always friendly when they bring the food, too. I just... recommend being prepared to wait or ordering ahead on the app. Read more

SONIC needs to hire someone who can get an order right today. Ordered Cherry Limeade, Sweet Tea, and Yellow Cake Batter Shake. ... Screen had Strawberry Limeade, Rt 43 Dr Pepper, and the shake. When we got that corrected we got an Unsweet Tea, cherryLimeade, and a Strawberry Shake. Sent shake back and got a banana shake. Sent it back, gave up and asked for a sweet tea. Gotan Unsweet Tea. I walked inside and the girl argued that the tea was sweet. After finally calling up.someone to taste it theydiscovered that it was UNSWEET tea in the sweet tea container. So after paying for a shake and settling for a tea with no offerof a refund we let. I'm over it. I HATE Shepherd sonic. The poor boy delivering orders is probably catching the heat for alltheir screw ups today. He's the only one doing a good job as far as I can tell. Read more
The only complaint is their stalls. They have at 3 stalls where the order screen does not work. The problem is, they should... cordon off those spots so that you can't pull into them to find they don't work, then have to back out and find another spot.These order screens have not worked for weeks. You would think they should have been repaired by now. Read more
