Got stranded at the college up the road after our ride left us for an hour at like 9 at night. My sister and I walked down the... campus road and ended up here. Employees didn't ask us any questions and waited patiently and quietly for us to order somethingto justify us using the bathroom and seeking refuge in the store. Really, it sounds dramatic but you definitely saved our skinsand we really appreciate you for being so understanding of our situation. Thanks a bunch! Read more
You guys seriously rock! We, unfortunately, got stranded after the Contemporary Arts Festival due to a shorter than expected end... time on a play, and they let us stay here as long as needed with no complaints. Ordered some pizzas and drinks on October 10, 2021. Delivery driver CHRIS showed up to our house an hour after order was placed... without the drinks or sauces for our order. Promised he?d be back, cool no problem. Never came back. Never received a call fromthe store. Called them yesterday (10/11/2021) and was told I could only receive a refund for the part of the order we didn?treceive. After being hung up on multiple times, my boyfriend decided to go into the store to ask what the problem was. Just abunch of excuses from delivery driver CHRIS, and both assistant managers ZACH, and I did not get the name of the other assistantmanager but she was a heavy set black woman. Boyfriend was trying to explain that we didn?t end up really eating that nightbecause the rest of the order was never delivered. Woman assistant manager says ?well I would just eat it with water.? Didn?teven try to help the situation. I was told the general manager would be calling me to help with the ?partial? refund. I nevergot a call from the general manager all day. I finally called at 7:30pm today 10/12/2021 and the lovely girl SUMMER was the onlyone to inform me that the full refund actually could be done. Absolutely horrible service by everyone there, terrible attitudesand 0 work ethic. If you get chris as your delivery driver, do not tip him. He will forget half your order and never bring itback just claiming he was ?super busy.? Summer seems to be the only person there able to do their job. Will be contactingcorporate tomorrow to tell them of the horrible employees as well as the one that deserves a raise and then some. Read more
They always accurately deliver hot fresh pizza. Our go to for pizza delivery in my area. Got the cheeseburger pizza. Pictured... below. This was very good. Cheesy, tomatoes, hamburger, and onions. I dip the pizza in a little ketchup. Yum yum. The staff isvery friendly. Read more
For the most part they make orders accurately. Their internet ordering is superb, as befitting a national chain, provided with... centralized corporate IT resources. They have never made an error on any internet order I have placed, this being my preferredordering method. I have only had a handful of pizzas over-cooked, in the years I have been here. It's Domino's, but it IS thebest pizza in Shepherdstown. Updated 12/31/2019... It is New Years Eve and they were super busy, but my order was correct andperfect!
