Today I specifically went for the pumpkin Curry. ???? I got it take out and enjoyed every bite in the comfort of my own home.

Picked up a take out order this evening. Have had issues previously with this place with items paid for not being in bag and/or... prepared incorrectly. As I was signing the check I advised the host/server that I would not leave a tip for take out, only fordine-in. I thought that would be more courteous than just walking out without tipping. It was a $60 order. This "dude" gave methis STIIIIINK look of "entitlement" like he was offended. "Dude" even tried to stare me down... Well, what this "dude" doesn'tknow is that I run a local business and have several clients that come through every week that need food. I have GREATrelationships with pretty much all of the local establishments, and me and my friends/clients spend above average in town tosupport local businesses. Delicious. It?s wonderful to be able to get excellent Thai and Japanese food while on vacation in such a cute town. The staff... here are friendly and knowledgeable. Visiting for an early dinner meal, the ambiance felt still and unbothered. I felt especially that I was needing to maintain that... energy. I don't think it is always like this--it was a little unusual as even in quiet environments, activity is felt, but nytime here was certainly different. Aside from this unexpected feeling, Kome excels at what it offers. Curry selections aretasty with the green curry in particular being welcomingly spicy. Sushi options are strong with a large menu available, althoughsome items feel a little more expensive than what I would have anticipated. Read more

We had a great lunch today. I had eggplant with tofu that was delicious, my husband had pineapple duck and our cousin enjoyed... dumplings and coconut soup. We were seated at a booth and felt safe. Husband and I swung by for a quick lunch. The food was good, with some nice flavors. My favorite thing that we got was probably... the chive pancakes. They were simultaneously very crunchy and bouncey in their chewiness. I would say that the chive flavor wasvery strong, so would recommend only if you like chives (which I love). The black and white roll was nothing terribly special.I would say I would have wished for more fish-- it felt like the cream cheese overwhelmed the roll. The drunken noodles weretasty. The pork was not overdone, and the Thai spice made the dish way more interesting. Overall, Kome seemed good for thearea, if a little pricey.
