Same as every other sheetz. Nothing special but not terrible. **EDIT** Went here today and ordered 1 whole sub, 1 sandwich, and... one pizza. Got home and everything was stacked on top of the pizza box, which apparently they didn't even bother closing fully,and it was completely smashed. Cashier licks fingers to open bags and then proceeds to pick up drink cans via the top of the can with fingerlick hand to place... in bag. I hit up corporate about it and they sent me a $10 gift card; hooray, that may be an overpriced sandwich. If I hadmissed work due to a cold or flu (not even gonna touch the 'rona situation), I'd be out for 4 figures of pay that was easilypreventable. Great prices on fuel but a lot of the pumps were out of order
Ordered drinks through curbside delivery and I didn't see they gave me the wrong drinks till I got home. When I tried to call... the store to let them know what happened, it took forever for someone to get to the phone and they just hung up on me withouteven saying anything. Read more
They took forever on one sandwich and kept arguing in front of customers behind the counter because one accidentally bumped into... the other. They are both at a reasonable age to be mature enough to not do that in front of customers. ??????????? Read more
Got breakfast for the family. Ordered a breakfast burrito with salsa. I received a frozen burrito, the kind you'd get in a pack... of 8 at the store, with a packet of taco sauce. Cold. I...what? MTO? For nearby convenience, it's great that Shepherdstown has its own business that everyone has a resource for needed food and... other basic items. I've never encountered any major problems when visiting either. However, turning left out of the parking lotmay require some waiting due to the high volume of student traffic, but usually a kind neighbor will eventually let you through. Read more
Slowest gas pumps on earth. Never go here unless you have 2 hours spare to pump your gas.
