I want to love Arby's but being this is the closest Arbys to me, I hate it. Went today to get lunch, lady working the drive thru... was new, I understand. It took nothing short of 10 minutes for her to figure out how to take two orders for one car... not onlythat, my two orders (being mostly the same exact thing) had a total difference of $12. Not seeing how that could be, the olderlady caught an attitude at the window assuring me that it was correct. I pulled off. I?ve visited this arbys before and didn?t have a problem but this time around was very bad. First off my chicken slider was... literally a little pebble of chicken?. And they acted like it was normal, take a look at the ad then my picture and tell me thatis normal ????. Secondly my French dip was trash. So bad. Couldn?t even chew it without crunching the roast beef. my worstexperience at Arbys to date. Probably won?t return to any Arbys for awhile off this experience alone. Read more
People these days don't know how to just be nice. You don't have to get defensive over food. Really? Just be nice, fix what was... wrong, and go about your day. I've never seen such rude workers. It's just fast food, chill. Read more
Last time i went i had to go through the drive thru twice to get a straw for my jamocah which the bottom part of it was orange... cream which was kinda dissapointing and this time i got a roast beef like none other ive ever had! I hate that this is the onlyarbys on my way to work so looks like i will be going elsewhere. And this roast beef didnt taste right or something. Idk if itwas texture or what. Read more
The staff was friendly but needs to be trained better on serving their customers. If you make a drink that requires mixing to... present like the menu portrays then do so. If you spill a drink because you over fill the cup. Wipe the cup off before handingit to your customer. That?s all. Read more
Arby's does have the meats. This was probably the best made, best put together half pound French dip sandwich I have ever had... from and Arby's location. It was almost perfect, just needed a bit more cheese. If I could get it made like this every time, I'dprobably eat there more than once every few months. This was a splurge meal, so I dont feel too bad about this massive amount ofmeat! Read more
Arby's has really good food when the staff doesn't just throw the ingredients in the general direction of the bun. It is obvious... when the ingredients are hanging out of one side of the bun and the other side is just bun that the sandwiches were made thatway. When we showed the young woman at the drive thru window our digital coupon she rolled her eyes and adjusted the registerwithout scanning the code. It seemed as though we inconvenienced her by having a digital coupon. Arby's has in my opinion alwaysbeen a little more pricey so a coupon of some sort is a must have to eat there for us. Therefore it shouldn't inconvenience thestaff if a coupon is being used. The food was hot and tasty. Read more
