In town for business. Service was really good for a Saturday evening. Food came out quicker than expected. Would like to see a... small dinner salad as a side option as opposed to having to purchase a trip to the salad bar. I had the NY strip with broccoli.The steak was cooked perfectly and was tender. No wait...got seated right away. Service was good, which says alot! Salad bar great option to start, plenty of options to load... on your salad. Plus potato salad, broccoli salad and more! Tonight we tried the country fried chicken. Different for a steakhouse but it was very tasty. I didn't know it would have gravy on top or I would have requested leave off, but it was good! After visiting multiple times with good experiences each and every time today is the first time we sat on the bar side. Actually... I was unaware they had a bar. We had a nice, sweet, very informative,and tentative server name Kim. She came out and checked onus made sure the food was good, but wasn?t overbearing. I asked for a 10 ounce medium rare sirloin steak,and a big baked potatowith extra butter. My boyfriend ordered chicken strips with a side of fries. After placing our order, Kim asked if we wantedthe salad bar. Until today I was never aware they had a salad bar because never once was I mentioned our offer prior visit. Sofor 3.99 you can add the salad bar to your meal. Reaching the salad bar I was amazed at all the variety of different thingsthat they had to offer. I have to admit the first sirloin steak delivered was over cooked, But Kim had it sent back and a nicefresh and superb a medium rare state was served. It was absolutely mouthwatering and so delicious. The manager actually cameout, and brought it to me. He then asked what my side was because he was going to bring out an entirely new baked potato eventhough I had completely devoured the first one. He had a playful side and a nice smile. He was very courteous, he then askedare you sure you don?t want another one, he then said, you can even take it home with you. I let him know with a smile and alaugh that wouldn?t be necessary because I was already full. The name of the manager was Michael. I was surprised at theservice that we received because we came so late in the night I was close to closing time. We waited about 45 mins to be seated and it certainly wasn?t worth it. This was our first time here and I?ll most likely never... be back. Our waitress was lovely but hardly came to our table but I believe it?s due to the labor shortage everywhere. We onlygot one batch of bread and that took forever!! The pineapple juice was good but the chicken tenders was very salty and thewaitress was willing to switch it for salmon.
