Me and my husband were parked for the night at the lives across the road, tired of truck stop food we went here. FOOD WAS SO... BLAND... I got the carnitas and it tasted like they boiled the meat in unseasoned water only...tasted like it was frozen...definitely not fresh. They are so generic... not authentic at all! I?ve eaten at Chilitos a few times while visiting Louisville for work. It?s one of the few food options in the limited area, but... they do not skimp on quality. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and never disappoints. I believe it?s a family run businessand they are very polite friendly staff. I generally order the burrito bowl, but the tacos and burritos look good. Read more

Alright food.. I honestly came to have a few beers like advertised.. but they don't sell beer.. what a shame

More like 4.5, no real complaints. It's more like a chiptole than a sit down Mexican restaurant. The burrito and salsa bars have... a good selection, everything's tasty. The staff are quick and helpful, took no more than a few minutes to get five orders puttogether, and it was all very good. Lots of cheese, so if you don't digest it well tell them to ease up. Prices aren't bad,expect about ten to twelve bucks for a full-size meal with sides and all. A great choice for a quick lunch. Read more

Better than qdoba, got an adobo burrito, chips and guacamole. Adobo had a wonderful flavor, all other ingredients I selected... were all very fresh and tasty. Guacamole was actually some of the best I've had! Home made sauces were ok, not spicy enough forme. Interior is very clean, put together nice and simply. Employees were all friendly and nice.
