The hamburgers and fries were very good. My biggest complaint/concern is the fact that there were buckets of ice cream sitting... on the floor and at first I thought they just needed to be thrown out but then I saw multiple workers serving ice cream tocustomers out them. They were very melted and did not look sanitary whatsoever. I'm not exactly sure what the rules andregulations state about this kind of thing but I feel something was not being done properly. I ordered a milkshake when Iordered my food but after waiting 30 minutes for my food and seeing the state of the ice cream I decided to just leave beforereceiving it. I did not bother even asking for a refund because there were about 15 people in line and no one had been at theregister for at least 10 minutes. Read more

This place was packed, service was slow, and food was dripping in grease! Literally dripping! I tried soaking it out with 7... plus napkins but didn't even come close! Should have asked for a refund but we just left. I do not recommend and we will NOTbe returning! Very disappointed in this food! Read more

First time eating at the Shepardsville, KY location. Great atmosphere, employees were very friendly. I had a great dinner... experience and will visit on my next trip through. You can not get a tractor/trailer in the resturant parking lot, but you canpark in the lot beside them with plenty of room to get around. Read more

This IS the best burger place in Shepherdsville. Best in Kentucky? IDK, but I will find out and update my review. ALMOST... Everything you see in the photos were on point. The crispy edges on the burgers makes all the difference. The fries are great,but the cheese fries were a little disappointing. Not pictured are the cheese curds. They're not horrible, but I have hadbetter. I do like the fry and spicy fry sauce, quite tasty. Read more
