I have been working in customer service for o er 30yrs and I have never treated or spoke to no one like I was apoke to today at... lil ceasers. Cain Carey and Ashley were rude, and disrespectful. I called to place a pick up order because I was driving I didnot use the app inwhich I explained to the man on the other line. He yelled at me, told me,I don't know what your talking about,and when I asked him to repeat himself cause I could not hear him he yells I have said it multiple times very rude. Then when Icome in the store to talk to someone about it I get greeted by Ashley who tells me "she's got napkins if I want to cry about it'Then when I asked who runs that store they say they do. WHAT??? Who is really running this place. I'm sitting outside makingthis review and the whole staff is outsd smoking. Who is Brandon? Little caesars pizza is ok but the guy called Pat who says is the manager needs to be fired and not be able to serve custumers... at all ever in his life i went in asked for pizza and two orders of wings he dhook his had and had additude immediately i justsaid ok dont bother since i saw he was getting aggravated so he said do u want it or not i said no dont worry give me the pizzai asked for hus name and he just went off on me and saying if u dont like it dont come here and saying I have ur name from thecard and ur gonna be banned from here alwso sayung go back to ur country which i walked out and he also fallowed me outsidestill running his mouth than my wide went in he also went off and was yelling the whole time did not calm down we did comealmost before close which is they didnt want to make it bc they was avout to close all he could have said is were closing soonsorry thats all not go off and escalate the situation cery poor custumer service and definitely not manager material . The staff here is friendly. The store location isn't that great, in the middle of a bad parking lot but understand there's so... much that they can do. Great service from the employees and staff. Pizza is mostly always hot and they always have something hotand ready during The times they advertise. Read more

First off, the online ordering and kiosk pickup is wonderful. I ordered the food and requested a future time. When I arrived I... went in to the lobby, scanned my barcode on the kiosk and boom; the door opened and there was order, hot and ready. I was in andout in less than 30 seconds. Sure beats waiting in a line and hanging out in waiting for your food to be prepared. Many placescould enhance their customer experience by using this model for pickup of online orders. It had been a while since I've hadLittle Caesars pizza but wanted to try the Batman Calzone. It was pretty good but it seemed too salty and garlicky for myliking, but I still ate a couple pieces. The cheese bread was great but also seemed super salty and garlicky. I still ate acouple of them. I'll be willing to try again unless that's how they are all made. The price is right though. Not my first choice of Little Caesars to visit, but closest at the time. Seldom do they have Hot & Ready pizzas actually ready.... A restaurant should know it's busy times and prepare for them. That's just good management. Read more
