Stopped by on my way to work to order a dandwich and a smoothie. For $15 for the 2 i am very dissapointed. I kept getting ice... stuck in the straw and having to chew my smoothie after every drink then i got to the bottom and there are chunks everywhere. It could have been blended for another 30 seconds. I dont like chewing my drinks! Then my sandwich that i pay almost $10 for hadtomatoes on it when i specifically asked for no tomatoes. I just feel like for the price there are better places to eat. Didntget a receipt because i didnt think i needed one but would love to have contacted them directly about my order. Oh, and onelast thing. I would give zero starts if possible for this Panera in Shepherdsville. Worse service ever. For the past 2 years, every single... order we placed for drive-thru pick up had items missing in our food or the customized instructions were not followed. They donot even bother to inform you about the issues when give your order at the window. You pay full price for food missingingredients, as an example my Chicken Frontega sandwich one time missing the cheese, the other time missing the basil, ultimately the Chicken Avocado melt missing The Avocado! Just Unbelievable! You get a text message and email when your order isready, but when you get to the window it is not ready. They ask you to park on the curbside spot and say they will bring it toyou when ready, but all they do it to leave you there waiting until you have to go inside. When you finally go inside to getsome information at the kitchen window, all those employees including the manager ignore you. Will ever come back to thislocation again. Read more
Only giving 3 stars because the broccoli and cheddar soup is always good. But my fiance ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich... and it was horrible. It was supposed to have buffalo sauce on it, but the sandwich was completely dry. And the pickle chips,could barely be seen. For a sandwich that expensive, it's definitely NOT worth it at. Go to McDonald's for better food. Read more
This Panera never fails. The food is always fresh, the people are friendly, and the service is usually pretty quick. Just like... any restaurant there are some good and bad experiences. I can only think of one time I had a bad experience at this location.The manager was able to resolve my issues and was kind and very friendly. I'll be back without a doubt. Read more

The drive thru always rushes. Last time I ordered a whole Green Godess chicken cob salad..which is about $11.....they forgot the... chicken, eggs , Avocado and bacon. It was literally lettuce with dressing ???? it was very disappointing to come home anddiscover such a sad meal. I didn't receive a receipt and they didn't ask for my panera phone. ???? Read more
I love the coffee. I think most of the other items are over priced. I'll eat a breakfast sandwich or a pastry if it the option... everyone else wants. This location is a little slow at the register to offer service. The do have good parking and cleanrestrooms. When you pull away from here, find the closest stoplight to get out of the area. Trying to cross traffic otherwise ishard. Read more
