The pizza was good. It came out fast. I ordered when we were checking out at kroger and it was ready in less than 10 minutes.

Pizza and cookie was hot and good. Order was correct. I ordered online and used papa dough and a coupon for a free cookie they... sent me for my b-day. My only dislike was they offer curbside pickup online however after notifying the store online that wewere there we waited 15 minutes and still had to go in to pick up the order because no one brought it out. Placed a large online order (13 pizzas plus bread/cheese sticks, brownies/cookies) for an office lunch. Liked the value of... "Crowd Pleaser" bundles. The order arrived a few minutes early (but the store called to make sure this was OK) and was 100%accurate. All items were hot when the order arrived. Travis was amazing he needs a raise he has great customer service and a very great asset for the company I love all pizza but... because of him this will be my number 1 I drove to get a pizza and they was closing but he still let me place my order he wasnice and got my pizza out quick and its was fresh and hot. We ordered a Xtra large pizza with 4 toppings. Recording said delivery in 1 hour It was a hour and a 1/2 We also ordered extra... garlic sauce and some pepporcinis There was 1 each and they owed us from before. Ordered a pizza with fresh spinach online. They have my phone number but couldn?t be bothered to pick up a phone and say... something. Offered no discount, no nothing. Customer service is non-existent anymore. I am getting sick of food companiesstanding on supply chain issues for poor service. I used to work here. I know how it is on a Saturday night. I had a planned order hours ahead of time, asked to be here at... 7:30pm. Spent over $70 after tax, delivery fee and a tip. It's not the drivers fault, but when my husband called about the orderthat's still not here and the in store couldn't help and asked for the manager and the manager tells us "the pizza will getthere when it gets there" is uncalled for. I guess the toxic atmosphere hasn't changed much since departing the great PapaJohns. Glad I left when I did. Read more
