Took my money for two medium cheesesteak subs, and then told my wife and I we had never paid. The excuse was understaffed and... more, but we watched the employee give our food to another person. My wife mentioned it and was told not to worry. Then told wedidn't pay. Another employee offered to help with a refund AFTER a manager showed up and after cooking. Ridiculous service andvery very very dissatisfied and disappointing. So after an hour wait and two other customers complaining in our defense, I amNEVER eating at a Penn Station again. We are making a formal complaints, for sure. Do NOT accept this type of service. My wifemanaged a Penn Station in the past and I a Subway. This is unacceptable service. Read more

The fries are usually overflowing when I order, but I guess they didn't feel like making any so they barely filled the cup up... with some old ones. I had to open up my sandwich and move what meat it had from just the center and spread it out so that Iwasn't eating just bread. I will never be back to this location again Read more
