I've had a love/hate relationship with this location over the years. Mostly love, but some hate. Lol. Today's experience was on... point. I ordered and paid online, asked for pickup a certain time, and it was ready when I got there! There was only one personworking, which surprised me a bit. Anyway, I got the Detroit Style Pizza and pizza roll-ups. The pizza was so good. I love thecrispy pepperoni perfect. The sauce seems different than their usual pizza sauce, but it was a perfect fit for this pizza. Can'twait to go back. Pizza Hit has redeemed themselves again. Read more

I just ordered the Detroit style pizza and Cinnabon rolls. My order was 26.89 and they already had charged me 4.99 for... delivery. I gave the delivery girl 40 dollars and told her I don't need any change. Because it's not her fault. I don'tmind paying good money for good food. But the pizza had the sauce spread all over the top. I have never seen pizza like that.Make me sick right after I eat it. The Cinnabon rolls was a joke. They look so good on the picture and big.lol they're tiny.Ridiculous. Like I said. Slow service, but hey its the pandemic. 2 pizzas, absolutely no sauce. Breadsticks and cinnamon sticks weren't cut. I couldn't... cut them myself because they were rock hard! inedible! I tried to do their survey instead of running to the internet...but theydon't have the survey code on the bottom of the receipt. Hm...seems to be on purpose. Read more
TRASHHHHHH! Dough is basically raw. This is a new low even for Pizza Hut. Does Shepherdsville have decent or good pizza?
The customer service at Pizza Hut is deplorable! The Pizza Hut app is only slightly better than the customer service. The app... didn't place my order the first four attempts. Submitting my order the fifth time resulted in order confirmation for contactlesspickup. When the app showed my order would be ready in six minutes I tapped the "I'm here" link and the page remained the same.Tapped the link a second time ten minutes later and the app said to call the store and let them know you've arrived. I calledthe local number however all calls are answered at a call center and the lady transferred me to the local store. The phone rangfor two minutes and 23 seconds gave a busy signal and disconnected because the employees were not answering the phone. We couldsee employees looking out the windows and standing at the counter but they ignored the ringing phone. About 12 minutes after theapp said our order was ready an unmasked employee came to the car, said "Here you go" handed me the boxes and walked off! ThePizza was hot which was the only positive regarding this experience. My pizza was given the extra topping of a black end frenchfry! Yuck! The triple chocolate brownie was not cut and undercooked. The only way to eat it would be with a fork or spoon, ifyou want to eat a half cooked gooey mess. I tried to call and let a manager know how very disappointed we were but instead Iwas on hold for ten minutes 27 seconds and then the phone disconnected from their end. Burnt my order and closed early then I couldn't return it...so paid for a pizza I couldn't bite into ..
