Sonic usually has good food but they seem to be struggling with logistics issues. I really wanted pickle fries because they... are freaking delicious but they were out of them. I tried ordering 3 other things but they were out of them too. At leastthe staff were very apologetic about it. Hopefully they will get their supply issues worked out so it will be worth goingback. First of all, I was looking forward to onion rings and they were out of that. Then when they gave our order they were missing... some fries and my actual sandwich the whole thing which they told us when they brought it it was in the bag on the receipt butit wasn't. Then when I got it it looked like it was slapped together quickly like they forgot to make it. They have some goodstuff on the menu probably it's okay but I actually think Colby really boosted them up again unfortunately I think it's timegoes on things will dwindle for them unfortunately. Not much of anything great there just basic deep fried fast food. Some oftheir drinks are pretty good though maybe that's the best part of the place. It also seem like they were pretty understaffed. Itseemed like the staff did what they could but god forbid it gets real real busy. Read more
Not sure if it's because of staff, but I sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes and still no one responded. It's bad... enough this location took out half the ordering stalls and didn't do anything with them, but the stalls they do have up, youcan't order through. This place needs to get it's business under control! Read more
Worst Sonic experience I've had. I'm sure it was just a bad day and they seem short staffed but most our food was overcooked or... burnt, we were missing a part of our order and the line was so long it wasn't worth going back. Two stars because I don't thinkit's the staffs fault but something needs to get fixed. Read more
I got here about 748 pm...the person in front of me ordered....and drove around, he was the only one there and when I pulled up... to the menu I was told to wait...smh..there I waited until 757pm and they turned out all of the exterior lights, including themenu...I had to ask if they were still going to take my order before closing. He took it then proceeded to tell me they didn'thave breakfast ready, and they were closing in 1 minute...that it would take 15 to 30 minutes to cook a sausage egg toaster anda bacon burrito.
