They see me with a coupons. I order then someone else working there walks up at check and tells me they do not take coupons on... the numbered listings. Mind you, this isn't posted. My client was upset because he ordered he sub on Flatbread and he said he didn't want it toasted. She told him this makes the... bread soft. He has had it this way before and said it was OK. He is mad and will not be back because he felt his request was notbeing listen to. Read more
Every time i go there is a sign saying closed will be back in 30 minutes, needs to be shut down.
Place smells like chemicals all the way out to the parking lot.
Ordered three subs. Two meatball, one BMT. Ran out of meatballs on second sub and told me it would be 15 minutes to microwave... them. I asked if they could microwave the ones for the sub separately.....of course not. It would still take 15 minutes.Apparently, these young girls don't know that this IS possible. What they really wanted was for me to choose a different thirdsandwich, but my son is a picky eater. That's twice in a week that this location was deficient in their service. What's more, asI waited on the meatballs, I could hear the girls talking about me being mad. I would describe my feelings not as mad, but astired and frustrated.
