This the first time I have awarded a 5 star rating too a subway From the moment we walked in. We could tell it was different.... The staff was friendly and open. This by far has been my worst subway experience ever. the person making my sandwich had to consult someone else to find out how... many slices of meat go on the sandwich and I was immediately asked to pay before my sandwich was even complete. I eat at subway all the time, all over the United States but this location seemed to me not to be properly prepared. I ordered a... wrap in tomato basil, but they were out of the tomato basil wrap. She asked if I wanted the steak heated which I replied yesplease and then she just about put the wrap with the steak and cheese in the over where the other employee caught it andproperly instructed her on the proper procedure. (She was very polite) Now the gentleman asked me what I would like on the wrapand I told him. He put very little lettuce which didn?t even cover the steak and cheese, so I politely asked for more whichseemed to upset him and then he put on the other toppings. (Lettuce, banana peppers and peppers) As he wrapped it he had stufffalling out and making it just messy he didn?t ask it I would like for it to be cut and after paying he gave me my change andwalked away with giving me my receipt He didn?t even ask if I would like to have the receipt so now I have to wait for him toreturn to ask for my receipt. The customer service wasnt bad but jesus christ was my wrap skinny. All the other Subways I've been to, I've NEVER had this... issue. The wrap was definitely not worth the almost 8 bucks I spent. I feel like I was taken advantage of tbh. I could literallypince my damn wrap ???????? Read more
They always seem to be out of something. Buffalo sauce meatballs it's always something. Last time the guy didn't have enough to... make a foot long and didn't have any readily available to prepare quickly. They only charged me for a 6inch. They are the only24/7 subway which is great for after 3rd shift. Plus since it's in the loves you have plenty of drink and snack options. Read more
Ok so I have always had a good experience with this place but tonight was a disappointment. I always get a 6inch subway club and... this kid that started to make my sandwich grabbed a random piece of bread and said it was 6 inches and it was not?..
