Like where is the meat...I usually don't leave reviews but I think I'm done with this location. No longer worth going to. The worst place I have ever been too. They got my food wrong and my shells was hard. Not hot food. Lady laughed at my mother's... face because her food was wrong. Lady doesn't have any manners. I have worked 6 years in fastfood and know that the customersare always right. Also can look inside the drive thru window and can spot so many things wrong that they could be cleaninginstead of talking and not working. This taco bell is not worth going too. Nothing but a joke. I got the three soft tacos for my husband and I. I ordered from the kiosk which I'll never do again. One order was correct but... the other one wasn't and I was charged for the substitute meat even though I didn't get it. Read more
I pulled up and seen the workers inside eating. I waited in the driveway until 700. No lights came on. I pulled back to the... window where they were eating and honked and held up my 7 fingers. She helled up 8. I walked to the door it said they were toopen at 7. I called and then she said the steamer is broken they will open at 730. Waste Read more
Long line in the drive through, so I went in to save some time *BEFORE* 10pm when the lobby is set to be closed and they refused... to serve me. Once again left sitting for over a 15 minute ticket time in the drive through which is poor at best. Customerservice needs major improvement. When I worked at Sun Tan City if someone came in before closing, we had to provide them withservice. Only at the closing minute could we lock the doors.. Not to mention all the messed up orders in the past I?ve receivedin the past and now am that person that checks my bag at the window to make sure it?s correct. Man, where to start. I just left there about two hours ago and I guess I?ll just give you my experience in list form. 1. Asked... what we want to order 3 times in 60 seconds while we were looking. 2. Ordered chicken cantina boxes and received beef in bothboxes. 3. Found hairs in two of the items in my box, making me just throw it away out of disgust. 4. Realize the receipt theygave me was for a cash order earlier that day.. not relevant at all to my order. 5. Call several times, phone is off the hook sodon?t bother. 6. Find out their customer service is also closed on Fridays. Tl;dr: order wrong, receipt wrong, hair in food,abysmal customer contact/support. I?ll never go here again, it?s trash. Read more
I have mixed feelings about my last visit. When I arrived there were 4 cars in front of me so I thought it would move a little... faster. I get the staffing issues they may be facing, but 20 minutes in the drive through is a bit much. If this was my onlyissue I wouldn't be writing this. So, based on these pictures I was happy to have my lunch. It looked delicious, right? Wrong.The Taco shell was broken, which was ok, I was going to crunch it up in a bowl and have a taco bowl, no biggie. Almost 75% ofthe shell was soggy. If I wanted a soft taco I would have ordered one. ???? I threw the shell away and ate the rest of the tacotoppings out of my bowl. This would have been a different review if these were the only two problem. My Nachos were soggy too!WTH? The meat and beans were also cold. I love cold (hot) toppings and soggy nacho chips.
