Yet clean and stocked and under... staffed for the business these guys were cranking out.. kudos to you and your team..best I've had in years. Only gave it a one star because I had to give it a star, it deserves zero. Ordered my lunch before I went to pick it up, sat in... drive through to be told they didn?t have part of the order, then had to sit for an additional 10 minutes?I guess so they couldmake the food I pre-ordered 30 minutes before. Worst Taco Bell in the US! First dealing was in the drive thru. We pulled up to order and was told to wait. 7 minutes went by.... We tried to order again just to be told to please wait. So we drove off! Only to be stuck in the driveway by one car waiting forlooked like later on a 12 pack of tacos. We waited in the driveway for 20 minutes trapped! Second time we thought well, we willtry dine in! It took 10 minutes for someone to show up at the counter to take our order! Then the manager on duty was yelling atthe employees and everyone looked like they just didn't want to be their or wanted anything to do with quality of our food! Goto the Waffle House next store! The dining room is open & they seem actually happy you're there!!! Personal are friendly & welcoming. Fern Valley location is... totally opposite!!! Will never visit that store again. Hillview has earned all my business. Fern Valley has turned me away forthe last time. Read more
