First impressions. This place is filthy. Flies buzzing around because the whole place evidently needs to be sanitized. ... Floors sticky and workers just standing around talking when there's obviously work that needs to be done. They had plenty ofopportunities to get things taken care of. Was told that they were short staffed. I'm fully aware that good help is hard tofind, but when there's less than 5 people in the dining room and they're just standing around with arms folded and flappingjaws, then I'm just not buying it. See update... Multiple hairs on my salad, no pecans in the apple pecan salad, apples are decomposing, no dressing, no fork, and... this drive through wait is long. Doors are locked, so I guess it's drive thru only. No sign that I saw to indicatethis. Update...lady remade salad and brought all the stuff that's supposed to be included. Tried to go to this location at their current hours of operation and they claimed they were closed. Their hours are until 5pm... and 20 minutes before 5 they are saying they are closed. I've had 15 years of experience working at fast food places part timeand we never closed before the actual time. If you're not going to stay open till 5 then put signs up saying you close at 430. Felt bad for the TWO employees trying to run Wendy's by themselves. No one should have to deal with that sort of stress. Took a... long time to order and get our food but that is not the TWO employees fault who were doing their best. Thanks for your bestefforts of providing our supper. Read more
Dont bother. Never open when they say they will be, despite having employees in the store, just lounging and smoking. Either the... worst manager in history works here or the employees are defrauding the owners. If you can?t staff the restaurant you just needto close down. Read more
Very nice folks! At the drive thru window, pleasantly surprised by me giving a tip! Said Thank you for the tip! I said thank you... for working! Lol, grilled chicken sandwiches, loaded baked potatoes and a nice salad! Enough for my lunch or dinner tomorrow andthe next day! Business hours say open until 01:00. We had put a mobile order in that said it was ready. When we went to pick it up at 20:05 we... waited in the drive through for 10min and then we're waived up to the window after no greetings. At the window a woman told usthat the store had been closed for 40min, didn't know how to help us, and shut the window on us. She did not say anythingverbally rude but had a very dismissive attitude.
