This is literally the worst Dunkin. I?ve never waited so long in my life - repeatedly. I?m done with this place.
Slowest service of any Dunkin' I've ever been to. 13 minutes in the drive thru (one car in front of me) for an iced tea. The... employee at the window seemed completely oblivious and took close to an additional 2 minutes to run my card. Unreal. Read more

Wow, as a native New Englander I visit my fair share of Dunkin Donuts. I ordered a coffee and a sausage egg and cheese on an... English muffin. Coffee was okay, however I think I waited a solid 10 minutes for the sandwich. It's almost as if they had tomake the sausage from scratch and wait for the dough in the English Muffin to rise. Will try to avoid ordering food here so Idon't create another 12 car traffic jam. Read more
I?ve been coming to this Dunkins for a while but will have to take my business elsewhere. For starters the woman working every... morning has absolutely no understanding of customer service or how to treat another human with decency. Always rude, never tellsyou your total, and just regularly seems like she hates her life and everyone around it. They never have anything in stock,including coffee at eight in the morning, which is ridiculous. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but it is constant.Very disappointing. Read more
OK enough is enough! These people are the rudest servers I have ever encountered. They lie about not having whipped cream, mocha... swirl and other flavors. I am always respectful when I place my order and I always wear a mask for the servers. Time and timeagain they respond rudely to me. I am at the point where I will be taking my business elsewhere ie Medfield DD. It is not thatdifficult to be respectful and polite! I gave one star because I had to to write the review! Read more
I absolutely love this place. I gave a review a while ago but I want to elaborate. Michelle and I think her name is Stacey are... wonderful. They are always so pleasant and I love the fact that they see me and already know my order. They hired a new oldergentleman who is so sweet! They have also never EVER gotten my order wrong.
