This little restaurant is in the lovely village of Sherbrooke. We stopped for a lunch on a lovely afternoon. To say the... experience was disappointing is an understatement. Nothing about our visit was pleasant. We do not recommend this place. Read more

A great place to stop for lunch in Sherbrooke. This little restaurant is run by a friendly couple who open it a couple of days a... week and only for coffee and lunch. When we went the bistro and building was for sale, so I hope someone takes over whocontinues the excellent food and service. I had a Mexican Burger and it was delicious. This place is definitely worth a stop ifyou are in the area. Read more

The Best Ever Wrap. My husband and I ordered the chicken wraps to take back to our Chalet for lunch and we both agreed they... were the best we have ever had. The owners are very friendly and love dogs :) Read more

We arrived in Sherbrooke this afternoon to find Beanie?s Bistro open and we were seated and waited upon immediately by the... nicest staff. Caroline wanted the Chicken provalone panini and I wanted the Pulled Pork Burger, but we decided to share, soasked our server to cut them in half, but he bowed out gracefully and offered us a knife to do the deed ourselves when the foodarrived. I cut my burger in half and slid a part of it to Caroline while she reciprocated with her chicken sandwich. She madethe burger vanish while I was eating the chips on my plate. ?Were you that hungry?? I asked? She replied ?No, but I wanted itgone before you tried your half and asked for it back!? The burger was amazing, and local beef I will assume, as the flavour ofthe beef portion was outstanding! The cook had topped the chicken with sautéed spinach, and it was inspired! The flavour of thespinach so nicely completed the chicken and cheese! It was a lovely repast prior to our visit to the historic village. Read more
