2021 December 3.5? Located in a plaza and right on the corner of a building within the plaza, you'll find this wood fired hand... tossed pizza. Walk in and your greeted by friendly staff. There's a good selection of pizza options. Pizza is nice and thin witha good portion of toppings. Flavor profiles are good too. It's not bad. Would've been nice if the pizza was hotter when I gotit. Given the cold weather, maybe the plates were cold or the fact they had another pizza in front of mines and sat on a coldplate for a few mins. Being thin pizzas, this certainly would have an impact. They prepare your pizza in front of you. The dough is really good. Once the dough is baked is taste like Indian naan. The... topping and dressing with fresh basil and oregano leaves with olive oil enhance the taste. I tried the Warma and BBQ chickenpizza, both are really nice. Really good food! Uneven service. We went back the next day and I wasn?t expecting to wait over 30 mins (some due to worker... shortage) if you order takeout on site. Menu info is not up-to-date. Something that can be fixed with a sharpie. Also alwayscheck your bill, some items costs extra like bologna sauce $2, canned drinks go for $3, prices are not clearly indicated. Onthis day employees prioritized pizza orders, we ordered a pasta dish they made pizzas from scratch for 2 customers that came andordered after us. It?s frustrating as a customer. Read more

Build your own pizza with fresh dough and a fire oven. How could you go wrong?? You can't. This pizza tastes great. I love fresh... ingredients. A pizza is the only other place that compares (and beats) this place. So the product is amazing. The service isalways courteous. However, with the current economic situation, and how hard it is to find workers, on occasion, not often, theplace has run a little disorganized. When the manager/owner is there, everything is cool, never an issue. But some times, youmay end up waiting a long time, or having to clarify certain things. The pizza is always delicious mind you. My buddy in the turbo team ordered a couple of your pies and he sent me a couple pics. I gotta say they were extremely not the... vibe. Undercooked. Over sauced. No symmetry. No style. No emotion. The but end of a jalapeño? Where is your qualitycontrol. I believe you can do better and I expect greatness otherwise I will have to drive there from Toronto in my 1997 DodgeRam that is an exact replica of the truck Bill Paxton drove in Twister. I spent years trying to find the actual truck but theproduction actually used several trucks. You see they need multiple copies of identical vehicles for stunts and various otherlogistical reasons - finding the exact truck proved to be a futile endeavor. My replica is exact though. We went yesterday for the opening and free pizza, which was excellent! The dough and sauce were perfect. Really fun to see the... staff making the pizzas by hand every step of the way. We will definitely be going back! Read more
