Decent, sprawling café good for reading working, studying . The coffee is great though, and the pastries are decent. Haven't... tried lunch options. Ambiance and decor is retro and pretty nice if you love Edison bulbs. They have lots of non-dairy milkoptions and a few vegan food items as well,including great muffins. Read more

A very nice café in the heart of Sherbrooke. The coffee selection for coffee lovers is one of the most diversified I've seen... even in comparison to much lager places. The staff is exceedingly friendly and courteous. The space in the Cafe is perfect formeetings, a quiet comfortable place to work, or just a place to relax. The only thing that is missing is a few morevegan/vegetarian choices on the menu. The quality of the food is good for a café. The pastries are delicious, properly dosedand well made. A definite must if you're in the area. Read more

Busy Saturday morning at brûlerie Faro. There is always a line to get your order, but the service is quite fast although a bit... lacking because of the rush. I got a big latte with a lemon tart. The latte is good. The lemon tart is tame, the acidity is abit lacking to my taste. The crust is a bit thick too. It's almost the same thickness as the lemon curd. Therefore a little bitdry. Overall, it's a good coffee shop to come and enjoy your time there! Read more
