Ordered on 2 separate occasion both times the food appeared to be thrown into the containers, and on the second order the crunch... tacos were complete soggy and falling apart. Food basically inedible, no flavor, meat has bad taste

Very good but sometimes forgot to add napkins and forks in take out. Burrito is a good portion but I notice some dishes like... Paleo bowl there is barley any steak. Not to be mean when you're paying almost 15$ online for a bowl it better be full . Theportions are nice but even the protein bowl sometimes there's no extra chicken and burrito sometimes not packed right making amess in bag. Other than that.. quality is good and fresh ingredients! Really nice food but I noticed that there was some hygiene issues. The worker that was making my food went from cashier, to... wiping off the table with her hand (instead of using a rag), to making food without washing her hands or changing her gloves.I've worked in the restaurant business for almost a decade and that's not good practice and it makes the customer uneasy. Minimal explication for new comers. I felt like I was bothering the workers by asking questions even though I was alone in the... restaurant. Staff were not rude but they didn't make me feel like I was welcome and were happy to have my business. The food wasvery Mediocre but the portions were decent. The way the tacos were assembeled made it hard to handle, they threw the sauce andcheese on top of the tacos but when I say on top, it wasn't even in the shell so when I opened my package and tried to grab one,all the sauce and cheese had flipped over in my take out plate and was not part of the tacos anymore, it was just "a side dish"that I had to eat with my fingers since they did not include any cutlery. This was not due to the dish sitting in my car forhours since I ate in the parking lot 1 min after I purchased. They asked me ID (which is fine because you don't want someonefrom a red zone eating in your restaurant) but they also required I register by scanning my phone to their machine in order toeat inside. There's an application I needed to download therefore I ate in my car since the process was complicated and tedious.Being not everyone has cellphones, I found this to be an odd practice since this is not required by the safety measurements putin place by our goverment. If I owned a business in this day and age I would try to facilitate the process for my clients andmake their food experience enjoyable. The food was pricy, 3 tacos for 16 dollars and no side dish or drink (unless you considerall of my toppings flopped in a corner of my take out box a side dish).For this price, there's way better restaurants inSherbooke. I would not recommend this place nor will I return. If the staff would have been nicer, that the tacos would havebeen properly assembled ( my 6 year old could have done a better job) and not just thrown in my take out plate with the sauceand cheese being barley on top and basically useless, I would have given 3 stars. Its alright... what didnt like about the place is that they charge for guacamole ????. To my surprise, I didn't even ask for... extra guacamole, which would have been normal if did. Guacamole is the must for must for Mexican food. Read more
