Many fake reviews on here, the 5 and 4 stars reviews are fake if you check carefully. DO NOT GO AT THIS RESTAURANT. If you do,... be prepared to wait AT LEAST 10 minutes in your car. My average time waiting is 20 minutes. Make sure to check your order, minedid not have spicy mayo like I asked. No salad in my sandwiches! Like the manager does not do his job at all... Make sure totaste your drinks before you leave because they don't change the syrup on their own, they wait until people complain to changeit. They have no good manners with customers, ignoring them at the counter, acting like you don't exist until they are donetalking about their weekend. Terrible...very disappointing...service was very unfriendly....not able to make change....no salads....chicken was extremely... greasy....this will be the last time I will go there....will drive to the other side of town....should I have PFK again..... Read more
First time trying it in Sherbrooke. Liking the signature KFC taste (just like back home) and of course the gravy (it tastes... better here)! Read more
Do not go here, takes forever to get your order. And when you actually get the food it?ll be horribly packaged and often not... even what you ordered. Read more

Bit busy at evenings. Much better if they reduce the waiting time for taking orders. The food is bit salty and oil is not... drained properly in chicken. But overall they have good offers and excellence in handling customers. Nice Read more
Not recommended at all, I'm a wings lover. As usual, I ordered 20 spicy wings, which every time they used family feast box. Yet... this time they used a mid-size box and its not fit. I counted the number of wings, there are only 18 pieces and all of them areover cooked; dry and scorched. Read more
Made me wait long time gave me water Pepsi and burger wasn't good chicken very hard and had no flavor. Also cold.
